[apno] Daly, Elizabeth. Arrow Pointing Nowhere. [Henry Gamadge] First published in book form in 1944. Also published as "Murder Listens In". An anonymous note finds its way to Gamadge, leading him to the Fenway mansion in New York City. The note is a plea for help, while the inhabitants of the mansion seem most preoccupied searching for an illustration of a former family home that has been torn from a book of views. Set in early World War II, and with a brief glimpse of Gamadge’s war-time activity.
